1. Register or transfer your domain If you don't have a domain yet, register one through any registrar (Crazy Domains, VentraIP, GoDaddy, etc.). DS Webhosting Services also offers domain registration — contact us for pricing.
2. Create a CNAME record Log in to your domain registrar's DNS settings and add a CNAME record pointing to your DS Webhosting subdomain:

3. Contact us to activate Once your DNS is pointed at us, email info@dswebhosting.net.au with your custom domain and we'll configure your SSL certificate and routing. This usually takes less than an hour during business hours.

DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to propagate globally, though most changes are visible within a few hours. Your existing subdomain will continue working while you wait.
